Who is eligible to live at Falcon Landing Apartments?
BGSU Graduate students and full-time faculty/staff members.
Is Falcon Landing Apartments pet friendly?
We are not a pet friendly community, but ESA and Assistance Animals are welcome, with approval through BGSU’s Accessibility Services.
I don’t have a roommate. Can I still sign up for housing?
Yes! If you do not have a roommate request, you will be matched with another Graduate student after your Housing Agreement is signed.
What does “all-inclusive” mean?
Your monthly installment covers all housing-associated costs. You will not have a separate gas, electric, water, sewer, internet, etc., bill!
What payment options does Falcon Landing Apartments have?
You can submit payments for your monthly installments by check or money order, payable to BGSU, or by credit or debit card, utilizing BGSU’s Bursar online portal (please note, the Bursar Office does impose a fee for paying online).
